ABOUT
Erika Wade is a chef, urban gardener, and recipe developer based in Brooklyn, New York.
She draws inspiration from the Asian flavors of her upbringing in Japan and Singapore, and from her favorite markets in New York City — Sahadi’s and the Borough Hall Farmers’ Market.
Erika spends her free time building her neighborhood community garden and learning about the native plant movement.
She has worked for award-winning restaurants in both New York City and Tokyo, and is currently at Diner in Williamsburg.
Erika goes by Eri to her close friends and family.
